Tyrone D Humphries

Mr. Tyrone Devon Humphries, age 60, of Kokomo, transitioned March 16, 2020, in Community Howard Regional Health. Mr. Humphries was born on Dec. 20, 1959, to the late Samuel Humphries and Mary Sue Humphries in Kokomo, Indiana.

He received his education through the Kokomo School System. Afterward, he enlisted in the U.S. Army, receiving an honorable discharge for his service. He was baptized at Second Missionary Baptist Church and was currently attending Tabernacle of Faith Church of God In Christ.

He is survived by his sisters, Salli Moore-Davis, Carmen Ferguson (Paul), Dominetta Humphries, and DeVonna Humphries; his brother, Samuel Humphries (Shanna); and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Mr. Humphries will be laid to rest on Friday, March 20, 2020, at Marion National Cemetery in Marion, Indiana, 1700 E. 38th St., Marion, Indiana 46953. Military honors will be conducted at 2 p.m. honoring Mr. Humphries.
