Roosevelt B. Holiday

Roosevelt B. Holiday passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2017.  He was retired from Delco Electronics, a division of G.M., a member of UAW Local 292, and a Mason.  He loved the Lord and enjoyed attending church.  He loved wearing sharp clothes and taking pictures.  Surviving are sons: Anthony Holiday, Phoenix Arizona, Michael Holiday, Chicago, Illinois; daughters: Rosie L. Miles (James), Chicago, Illinois, Gwendolyn Holiday, Chicago, Illinois; 19 grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters: Corine Snow, Annie Mae Holiday; brothers: Felix Harris, James Holiday, Robert Lee Holiday.Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 9, 2017, with calling from 9:00 am until time of services at Strait Gate Total Needs Ministry, 312 E. North Street, Kokomo, Indiana 46901.  Pastor Jack Woodard will be the officiant and eulogist.  Floral tributes may be delivered to the church beginning one hour prior to time of calling.  Entombment will be in Sunset Memory Gardens.  Arrangements:  Bluitt and Son Funeral Home. www.bluittandson.com
