Rayney "Inky" Hill of Indianapolis passed away on November 30, 2017. Services will be Friday, December 22, 2017 at 12:00 noon with calling beginning at 10:00 am at Universal Ministries Worldwide Assembly located at 1927 E. 32nd Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46218. Burial will be in New Crown Cemetery. Floral tributes may be delivered to the church beginning one our prior to time of calling.
