Mrs. Mary Gibbs Willis, of Indianapolis, passed away on July 24, 2018.
She was a member of St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. She was previously employed as a baker for Laughner's Cafeteria. Mary enjoyed cooking for her family and taking care of her family
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Charles L. Willis, son, Willie Frances and daughter, Mary.
Mary leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her life, children: Robert J. Willis (Dorothy), Michael A. Willis, Ricky E. Willis (Renee), Eddie C. Willis (Arlene), John A. Willis, Edna A. Pounds, Sylvia L. Hobbs, Rita R. Falconer (Wilbert), Diretha Simmons (Benny), Ernestine Willis Smith (Tony); sister, Willie Parrott and Hattie Jones; 40 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and a host of extended family and friends.
The visitation is Saturday, August 4, 2018, 10am - 12pm, with the service at 12pm at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. The burial is in Washington Park East Cemetery.
