Marlene Shoulders

Marlene Shoulders 84, passed away January 23, 2018. Born in Athens Ala. she was the daughter of Theodore Shoulders and Callie Farrar. She received her early education in the Athens Public School Systems graduating from Trinity High School. After relocating to Indpls IN she dedicated her life to Christ and joined Mt Moriah Missionary Baptist Church.   She retired from RCA in 1993 after 25 years of employment. Her motto "Treat people right and God will bless you" She is survived by son; Terry (Benita) Gilbert Sr., daughter; Sharon (Anthony) Carter, 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Services will be Saturday, Feb. 3, 12:00 at Living Word Baptist Church located at 4934 E. 21st Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46218, with calling from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
