Magaline Whitfield

Magaline "Maggie" Whitfield, 78 of Kokomo passed away on February 26, 2018.  Born in Clarksville, Tennessee, she was the daughter of John and Alberta Whitfield.  She was employed as an inspector at Delco Electronics.  She was preceded in death by her brothers, George Elliott, John Thomas Whitfield II, Willie Whitfield and Harvey Whitfield, and sisters, Clara Kates, Ann Fears, Eunice Childs and Elise Whitfield. She is survived by sisters, Bertha Gregory, Lucy Tribue, Lillian Days-Abatan; nieces and nephews; and a special niece, Donna J. Saffore. Thanks to her caregivers, Dr. Lance Washington, Kenosha Pigg and the staff from Northwoods Village and Southern Care Hospice Services. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 3 at Second Missionary Baptist church located at 819 N. Apperson Way, Kokomo, Indiana 46901, with calling from 9 a.m. until time of services.  Burial will be in Crown Point Cemetery.  Floral tributes may be delivered to the church beginning one hour prior to time of service.   Arrangements are entrusted to Bluitt and Son Funeral Home.   www.bluittandson.com
