Services for Mr. Owens will be Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 1:00 pm with calling from 12:00 noon at New Birth Family Life Worship Center located at 3642 N. Emerson Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46218. Floral tributes may be delivered to the church beginning one hour prior to time of calling.
