Timberly LaDawn Banks passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 5, in Greenville, South Carolina, at age 46. She was born on Aug. 31, 1973, in Chicago, Illinois, to Jerry Banks and Deborah Williams.

She was a retired cook and worked at various health institutions. She loved her family and friends; and especially loved cooking for them.

She leaves to cherish her memory, father, Jerry Banks; mother, Deborah Jackson; sons, Timothy D. Banks (SaTayeá), of Greenville, South Carolina, Vincent L. Jackson, T'Shawn D. Banks and Trevon D. Banks, all of Kokomo, Indiana; daughters, Trinicka D. Banks, of Kokomo, Indiana, Timberly L. Banks, of Greenville, South Carolina, and Tichina O. Mead, of Greenville, South Carolina; brothers, Jerry Banks Jr., of Kokomo, Indiana, and Samuel Banks, of Chicago, Illinois; sisters, Yolanda Banks, of Greenville, South Carolina, and Sonya Banks; and 15 grandchildren.

Services will take place on Sunday, Aug. 16, at Fountain of Life, 611 E. Jackson St. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m., with a memorial service starting at 3 p.m. Bishop Charles E. Glenn will be officiating.  Floral tributes may be delivered to the church beginning one hour prior to Visitation.  Livestream of services will be available at www.bluittandson.com
