James E. Spivey, 79,  of Indianapolis passed on December 3,  2017. Services will be Saturday, December 9 at 11 a.m. with a calling from 10 a.m. until the time of service at Pentecostal Temple COGIC, located at 4102 E. 30th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46218.  Burial will be in Washington Park North Cemetery.  Floral tributes may be delivered to the church beginning one hour prior to time of calling.  Arrangements by Bluitt and Son Funeral Home.  www.bluittandson.com
