Mr. I.V. Hall, 86, of Indianapolis passed away on Friday morning, February 23, 2018.  Services will be Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 12:00 noon with a calling from 11:00 am until time of services at Eastside Missionary Baptist Church located at 2845 N.
