Cynthia Jean Campbell

Mrs. Cynthia Jean Campbell, 67, of Kokomo, was born May 24, 1954, in Grand Rapids,Michigan, the daughter of A. Moses and Geraldine Robinson. She was preceded in death by her father. She received her elementary and high school education at the former Marywood Academy that was located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She matriculated to General Motors Institute (GMI), now Kettering University. She was married to Michael Campbell on Feb. 8, 1975. She'd been employed by the Delco Electronics Division of G.M. for 35 years before her retirement in 2009. She enjoyed worshipping at Eastern Star Church. She loved shopping, traveling, singing, dancing and giving. On Thursday, June 3, 2021, she made her transition. She will be missed by all who knew her. She leaves to mourn her loss but cherish her memory her mother, Geraldine Robinson; husband, Michael Campbell; one daughter, Tia Campbell; two brothers, Michael and Tyrone Robinson; and one grandchild, Kaiden Johnson. A celebration of life will be held at noon on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at Refreshing Springs C.O.G.I.C., with Superintendent A. Wendell Brown Jr. serving as officiant and eulogist.
