Born June 8, 1946 to the late Hugh E. Dowling, Sr. and Margaret L. (Parham) Dowling in Kokomo, Indiana. Beverly attended Mt. Pisgah M.B.C. in Kokomo and Greater Second M.B.C. in Marion. She retired from Continental Steel Corporation and had previously been employed by Chrysler Corporation both in Kokomo. She enjoyed playing Bingo and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh E Dowling, Sr. and Margaret L. Dowling; sisters, Elizabeth Adams, Karen Dowling and Marilyn Kendrick and nephew, Leroy W. Young, III. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, sisters, Barbara E. Bussey, Deborah S. Dowling, Patricia L. Dowling and Anita K. Herring all of Kokomo and Angela M. Young of Marion, Indiana; brothers, Robert E. Dowling of Detroit, MI, Michael L. Dowling, Roy L. Dowling, Hugh E. Dowling, Jr. all of Kokomo and Norman C. Dowling of Lafayette, Indiana. Also, niece Danielle Dowling and dear friend Thalia Colvin. Private family funeral service Friday, October 9, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. with public viewing from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Bluitt and Son Funeral Home, 511 E. Monroe St., Kokomo, IN 46901. Pastor Lonnie E. Anderson, Jr. is officiant and eulogist. Masks are required by all attendees and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
