Mrs. April Fuqua, 51, of Indianapolis, transitioned from labor to reward on December 16, 2018.

The visitation is Friday, December 28, 2018, 10am - 12pm, with service at 12pm at Jerusalem Temple Apostolic, 2125 E. 54th Street, Indianapolis. The interment will immediately follow in Sutherland Park Cemetery.

*All floral and memorial tributes should be delivered to the church on Friday after 9am.
