She was born April 23, 1947 to Robert Thomas Smith and Emma Sue Alant. She retire from Delco Electronics division of GM August 5, 2005. She was a choir member and an excellent singer. She leaves behind sons, daughters, sisters and brothers. Home-going celebration of life service will be held at Wayman Chapel AME Church Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 11 AM. Visitation hours are from 9 AM to 11 AM. Burial will be at Sunset Memory Gardens.
